A friend challenged me to a “Spell Your Name” workout. I was unfamiliar with this concept but, opened for the challenge. The directions were simple. Spell your name and perform the exercise that corresponds with each letter. For example, if your name is Lucy,
L = 2 Minute Wall Sit
U = 30 Sec Arm Circles
C = 30 Squats
Y = 10 Crunches
I thought this challenge would be easy and figured I could complete my first, middle, and last name on the first attempt. Boy, was I wrong? My first name has 7 letters, middle name 6 letters and last name 8 letters. I was sweating after completing my first name and that is where I STOPPED! This one is a real challenge. I plan to incorporate this one into my regular routine and add my middle and last name.
